Sample Request Instructions

1. Samples are the cost of the tile with free postage up to 4 samples. Postage is charged on 5 or more samples depending on weight. The miniumum sample pack cost is £4.95 inc VAT & postage.
2. Please itemise the samples that you would like to receive and complete the form with your contact details and click submit button.
3. We will email you back with the full cost of your sample pack.
4. After we have sent you a quote, if you would then like to proceed with your sample order, please call us on 01608 658993 with your payment details.
5. We do not take on-line payments on this website so PLEASE DO NOT send your payment details on this form.
